Music

Take a listen through this playlist made in the key of Eb to help invoke the stable and persistent energy of Taurus. Or take a look through some of the songs that are in the key of Eb and make your own with music you enjoy. This key helps to invoke Taurus, and their ruling planet Venus. Bringing forth the energy of:
Understanding, stability, and enduring.

It’s important to note that it’s the key of the song. Not the overall vibe. Crank That (Soulja Boy) – Soulja boy is not a Taurus anthem by any means. However, the overall key of the song is what helps to bring forward that energy

Food

Colors

Crystals

For a good meal that will help keep you full through the day, and bring about that classy lux of Taurus, I have a good dinner meal to try out.

My personal recommendation is chilean sea bass with garlic butter, truffle mashed potatoes, and almond roasted asparagus. For a vegetarian alternative switch out the sea bass with miso-flavored tofu, and a roasted seaweed salad instead of asparagus.

Taurus is all about class, and the finer things in life, so to have a luxurious meal like this helps to bring forward those elements, giving you a nice meal that sure to make you feel like you have one of the most comforting experiences of your life.

Taurus’ main color is green. Bringing forward the life giving energy that the earth provides. It’s typically associated with a softer green invoking more of a cottage core feel.

This extends in to Venus as well, the green being associated with the soft lush of planets growing in romantic gardens, if you want to bring forward the energy of Venus in general.

For crystals and minerals you are going to be looking at:

  • Malachite
  • Emerald
  • Rose Quartz
  • Sapphire
  • Rhodonite

These crystals in particular bring an excess of balance to ones life, stabilizing emotion, and promoting good emotions while helping to temper out negative ones. Their goal is to bring about internal peace and self love, and bring about positive change.

Scents

Scents associated with Taurus include:

Rose, orange and jasmine. These scents promote relaxation and are good for uplifting your mood.

Roses are associated with love, and romance. The main hallmark of the planet Venus. Which is Taurus’ ruling planet.

The ruling metal for Taurus is Copper. It’s brings them good luck, though there are sources that disagree with this as well. One of the main reason that copper is associated with Taurus is that copper is often associated with being stable (even though it’s malleable).
