Relationships – Understanding Charts: Lesson Three (Moon)

Here we are in Relationships – Understanding Charts: Lesson Three (Moon). This is part two to the series. This will go through the aspects one by one covering what the major aspects look like in relation to the moon and their fellow planets (and placement! Considering the rising sign)

These posts are going to be few and far between as there is a lot of information to write when considering there’s eight different planets to go through after this, each with their own five major aspects so please continue to bare with me as I continue to write.

Aspects and the Planets

The Moon

So as a reminder, there are five aspects that we are going to be looking at in depth. That’s conjunction, opposition, trine, square, and sextile.

These are the strongest aspects, and depending on the planets and which planets they relate to affects how it shows in the personality of the given person. This also breaks down further by zodiac signs the planets are in- but that’s a lot of writing, and that’s gonna take some time.

So for now we are going to look at brief overviews, and circle back around to it when I get it written down. So kick back, grab your favorite drink, a notepad, whatever you need and lets get into it- shall we?

The Moon

So to begin let’s take a look at the moon, and what those relationships look like from the rising sign all the way to Pluto.

Rising

Aspects through Rising
Conjunction – 0° ~ 9°

The Moon conjuncting with your rising, defines wearing your heart on your sleeve. You don’t hide your inner thoughts and feelings. They’re important, they’re who you are. Oftentimes people with this aspect find that they relate more to their moon than their sun. Finding that to be where their true self lays. The Sun considering this placement acts more as a direction for which the self wants to travel on. Because the nature of the moon is in the home, you may find yourself having family, and friends be close aspects in your life, and you let them know it too. Wanting to keep those closest to you ever closer.

Opposition – 180° ~ 9°

Where opposition can be a negative aspect to have. This is one of those rare cases where it’s actually a fairly good one. You are finding your emotions to opposite of what you’re putting out or appearing as to others. On one hand this can be very sensible because it does help to protect from getting hurt in the long run and protecting yourself from vulnerabilities, or it’s letting people in before they get to know the true you. Your emotions typically are more for caring for your partner because your moon is conjunct your descendant. It also infers what kind of relationship you want to have with your partner. The moon the sign of the mother, depending on your relationship with your mom- can indicate your type of relationship. Whether that’s a want to take care of your partner, or have them take care of you.

Trine – 120° ~ 8°

With the Moon in a trine with the Ascendant, people get a good inkling of who you are right away. They see a lot of the same traits within you, and it really helps breath some life in to who you are as a person. The ascendant is how we are perceived, so oftentimes the emotions and feelings being carried through the moon are making it out to the world. Before people realize who you are, this is what they see. The good news of this being that you aren’t that much different on the inside than how they thought you were on the out. Leading for strong relationships, and easy connections.

Square – 90° ~ 6°

Squares are rough, because there is the possibility for understanding, just lack of execution. If you look between the moon and ascendant and there is a square it indicates that there is a disconnect between your emotions and how you are going about presenting those emotions to people. This typically leads to someone who seems over emotional or constantly brooding over something that’s gone wrong. Considering that the moon is also the planet of intuition and perceiving others- you might have a severe lack of being able to pick up how others are feeling towards you and your current behaviors.

Sextile – 60° ~ 5°

Like before with the Sun, the Sextile is a weaker aspect of the Trine, but still important nonetheless. This is because the moon is learning something from the Ascendant, and the Ascendant is taking something from the moon and putting it out there that it might not have otherwise. It opens a lot of doors for open communication, and a genuine concern and passion for other people. It’s better seen on the plane of larger people being able to read a room very easily, and understand where you are at in a situation.

Mercury

Aspects through Mercury
Conjunction – 0° ~ 7°

Your thoughts and feelings have come into alignment, when you think about a certain concept, or an idea you nearly always know exactly how you feel about it. However, one of the downsides to this trait is that it can oftentimes lead for attachments that you were not intending. Likewise, it makes it hard to form connections to things that you don’t find mentally invigorating. If it doesn’t stimulate the brain, why should you care about it? Likewise, feelings like anxiety, and even procrastination are heavily entwined. When your brain is lacking motivation to think or is feeling burnt out it can lead to depressive swings. When your brain is in a flurry of thoughts it can increase anxiety. It’s important to ensure you do a lot of check-ins mentally.

Opposition – 180° ~ 7°

If you have this aspect I’m sure you’ve heard that you are actually so different than how they thought you were. Usually this is seen in cases of comfort versus discomfort. If in a comfortable situation you can be chatty and invigorating like you’ve come to life, and in an uncomfortable situation more closed of and reserved. Or vice versa. It’s a two sides of the same coin dynamic that surprises a lot of people. There’s an inner battle between your rational thought, and your emotions. You can be completely totally losing it, and then be able to rationalize the next second, just to break down again. Anxiety is often seen going with this aspect hand in hand, often times not knowing how to process your emotions in the proper way.

Trine – 120° ~ 6°

This aspect is typically indicative of someone who really enjoys talking with others. They’re the person that you meet and you kinda just have this “wow, I’ve never met a person who’s been so real with me” reaction. It’s easy going and relatively light hearted when it comes to being able to communicate inner thoughts and feelings. They know how to read the room, read the people within the room, and be able to have those relationships that you might not have even thought possible. Because it seems like everything just comes naturally. They can easily pick up vibes, and know how to match the energy that is needed of them. It comes as naturally as breathing air to this placement.

Square – 90° ~ 5°

Similar to opposition, but not quite all the way there. When you take a look at what’s going on there is again that same relative understanding of the direction the signs want to go. Whether their bringing cardinal, mutable, or fixed energy. However, this can lead for very strong opinions on how things need to be done, or being overwhelmed over the different paths laid ahead of you. There’s the direct need to be upfront about what’s going on inside, but Mercury can miscommunicate and it can come out all wrong. Maybe coming across as more blunt or aggressive than you had meant to.

Sextile – 60° ~ 4°

You are likely to be more outgoing if you have this aspect. You aren’t gonna come across as more outgoing than the trine, but still relatively an open and sharing person. Whereas under the rising the sextile shines in more open aspects with large groups. In Mercury it’s more intimate. The moon is happy in getting deep and interpersonal with people in small groups and on-on-one conversations. Coming across as fairly considerate and understanding of situations and what’s going on around them. You may even seem more childlike than the trine. Easy, breezy, beautiful- sextile.

Venus

Aspects through Venus
Conjunction – 0° ~ 7°

When you take your moon and you put it into conjunction with Venus you get someone who understands the softer side of love. It’s one of the most powerful positions that you can have within someone when they are looking for someone who is caring and compassionate. This is due to the emotional aspects provided by both of these signs coming into contact with one another. It gets amplified in one of the best ways. Even when you are looking at signs that may not feel the most comfortable in Venus. This is because you are taking the planet all about how you care for another person and are completely matching that energy with internal emotions. In the end one of the things that does come as a detriment to this placement is that it makes you incredibly vulnerable in relationships. Opening the door to get hurt more easily.

Opposition – 180° ~ 7°

There’s a disconnect between your internal emotions and how you present these emotions to the people you care about. Your Venus is your expectations surrounding love, what you want and how you act about it while your moon really focuses into the feeling aspect more so than the Venus. The relationship that you have sought out might not meet the emotional aspect that you are searching for in a relationship. If your Venus is about adventure and free will, but your moon requires something more stable and grounded. You might be left feeling insecure and unease during the course of the relationship. However, if you choose to meet your emotional needs through the moon instead… You might be left feeling like your relationship has lost its spark or isn’t going anywhere.

Trine – 120° ~ 6°

The Trine between these two planets creates a very open person. You easily understand what your own emotional needs are and you feel like that’s achievable in the relationship that you want. If for example both of these planets were water signs, you seek and crave for a deeply emotional experience, and you can be honest in your relationships with that. You might be more sentimental, or more transformative with activities than you thought you would be, but you find that it is still meeting the emotional requirements that you need to feel happy. There may be a stronger tendency in this aspect to avoid conflicts and avoid hard situations. Venus afterall is the planet of love, and the moon wants to feel secure and at home. So dependent on other placements this may not be a high conflict type of person. With fears of own emotional protection.

Square – 90° ~ 5°

The square placement is not the greatest romantic love life out there. The friction caused by the Moon and Venus- is incredibly difficult to offset. Both planets are pulling in different directions. Not as much as opposition, but there is a strong disconnect. You want to have love, you need love and satisfaction from the people around you. However, the moment that it starts to feel like you are lacking that need from the people you care about most. You may start searching elsewhere and where you can get it from. If the relationship doesn’t meet expectations, you can get antsy. It can lead to wanting to stay out of relationships permanently, especially if you don’t want to cause harm. However, in the end that might cause emotional turmoil. It’s best to take it as it comes, and work things out with your partner if you have this aspect.

Sextile – 60° ~ 4°

This suggests the ability to be incredibly swaying with your personality. The sextile placement speaks to inherent abilities we might not be aware of. One of the basic traits found within this particular aspect is that like trine you are open and honest. However, with this you also have the ability to stave off conflict and help work through those conflicts more easily rather than all out avoid it. While you may not really enjoy conflict or the things that aren’t on the softer side of beauty it’s nothing that can be managed, seen and handled. It’s why people will tend to come towards you more easily. They see you as sociable and charming and like someone they can get along with easily.

Mars

Aspects through Mars
Conjunction – 0° ~ 6°

With this aspect, you give off waves of passionate energy that is felt by anyone around you. Your heart’s on your sleeve and that’s ok, people should know your emotions. You’re able to handle conflict head on. Because the moment someone steps on your toes, you’re going to have a difficult time being able to hold it in and keep a lid on it. Conjunct is a neutral aspect at its core. It has good and bad, and while you may have this natural vibrancy for life and the things you want to do. It comes along with a severely impulsive nature that can be destructive not only to yourself, but any relationships you have. In order to balance this aspect out you need to have a healthy outlet for bursting emotions so you don’t take it out on someone who may not be as deserving as you might think.

Opposition – 180° ~ 6°

When you find your moon on the opposite side of Mars you are going to find someone whose passion is coming from two different directions. This time though, the emotions don’t get conflated with their drive to get what they need. They may still be overly competitive at their core, but in the end their feelings are going to be a bit more protected. There may be some overall misgivings with getting upset over a loss, but at the end of the day you aren’t a sore loser, and because your heart and your ambition are coming from two different places it can lead to someone who is overall very good natured about the challenges they decide to get behind.

Trine – 120° ~ 5°

When the Moon has this type of aspect with Mars, it creates the persona of someone who is a go-getter. They know what they want and they know how they are going to achieve it. They know how to express their feelings in positive manners about the things that they do. You know when to fight and when to back away, when to be humble and when to be proud. However, one of the things that gets pretty intense within this aspect is that you can become very emotionally attached to the things and people you are passionate about when they are taken or you lose them. It can cause a pretty intense feeling of loss.

Square – 90° ~ 4°

When you look at the Moon squared with Mars, you get the black sheep of the other aspects within this pairing. To square off between the planets within the same energies but wanting different things you’re going to find someone who is almost hungry for more. Their emotions seem to swing between stable and irrational, especially if Mars isn’t receiving the things they want. However, if they are constantly out and seeking their achievements, you will find someone who’s actually pretty pleasant to be around. There is a slight tendency to bottle up emotions and keep them hidden until it’s too late which is where these emotional outbursts come from.

Sextile – 60° ~ 3°

This is a position where you are much more understanding of the paths you need to follow in order to be successful. It’s also an aspect with less negative traits. You see sextile is more or less the middle aspect between major and minor. That good middle ground. While it is a positive aspect, in my opinion this is one of the best aspects you can have between the Moon and Mars. It creates an easy dynamic between winning isn’t everything, but still being upbeat and having a good competitive mind. Understanding that you still need to toss your hat in the ring in order to get you anywhere. While also not being too caught up in the fears of what happens when you lose.

Jupiter

Aspects through Jupiter
Conjunction – 0° ~ 7°

Taking the Moon into Conjunction with Jupiter is asking for emotional attachment to philosophy and generosity. A lot of the time this is in regard to wanting to promote a deep spiritual awareness of others, and wanting to give back to your personal environment. The Moon looks after the home whereas Jupiter looks out to the world. Combining these aspects of home vs. world creates someone who will give their all to whatever they can. It’s an incredibly selfless aspect. Though this can also form a type of idealism. This aspect emotionally attaches to these ideas, self-sacrificing everything, that they try to create a better world. In their own image. When that isn’t received or people have differing ideas, it can cause an emotional blow out.

Opposition – 180° ~ 7°

From the opposition perspective, you get someone who doesn’t really seem to know when to stop. Jupiter is all about the greater good, enlightenment, philosophy, and travel. The moon builds emotional attachments and wants to see themselves happy. Looking at it from opposite sides of the wheel you can get somebody who’s always straining for more good, almost to the point of hedonism. Often these people lose themselves in trying to feel better by a  lot of different means. One of the main things to take focus from this aspect if you find it in your chart is monitoring when you are doing too much of one thing and slowly separating yourself from it for a while. Ensure your needs are actually met, rather than hiding being a facade.

Trine – 120° ~ 6°

When looking at the trine aspect of the Moon and Jupiter you see two things happen. One, you get a person who generally has a pretty optimistic outlook on life. They find the good things in the world and enjoy them. Typically these people have a very strong intuition on where to follow the wind and how it flows (as Jupiter does have subconscious alignments like the moon). The other thing that you see happen often is the tendency to be very emotionally affected when things don’t pan out. A loss, or something tragic happening can hurt for anyone. But if you managed to get a personal investment in what you were rooting for- this blow can really sting.

Square- 90° ~ 5°

I’m personally surprised that I lack this aspect, because I feel it (I do have one that I know is where this comes from, but I digress). Just like with opposition hedonism becomes a play point for the Square aspect. But it’s not because of a lack of want or emotional attachment. It’s from emotional detachment. You may find yourself having a whole world open to you, knowing exactly what you want to do- but when you lack the talents to create. It leaves you feeling lacking and like anything you do is just wrong. Thereby filling the void of being unable to create with the things that make you feel good, as the only solution. One of the major way to combat this negative offset is by just doing the thing. Who cares if it’s bad in the beginning? Only one way to learn.

Sextile- 60° ~ 4°

Similarly to Mars, this is a person who thrives. The aspect here brings a sense of emotional fulfilment with searching out into the natural world. Broadening their mental horizons. Generous, but not too much so. They find the balance that they need in order to navigate their way through challenges, and hardships. Seeming to have this uncanny wisdom like they’ve been on this path before, and already know how to walk it. They can also fall victim to the idealistic worldview, but aren’t prone to get lost in it or too emotionally attached. Overall, a wonderful placement to have in your chart.

Saturn

Aspects through Saturn
Conjunction – 0° ~ 6°

Taking the emotions and putting them through the cold and calculating restrictions of Saturn, creates a very emotionally gray person. Everything that is felt emotionally is done pretty much through the book. There’s a lack of spark, or enjoyment that just doesn’t seem to be a part of life in and of itself. There’s a natural shell built around the emotional hub, that holds back from seeking the pleasantries of life. Maybe an innate fear that they will be taken from you. However, that being said, it’s also indicative of enjoying mature relationships. Seeking a long lasting partnership that will stand the tests of time. Because you are so emotionally controlled, it creates a stable partner.

Opposition – 180° ~ 6°

With the opposition there may almost be an anxiety around letting yourself feel naturally. You have two very different influences working on you with this aspect. In one corner- theres an outer influence telling you how you need to compose yourself, this is the way you need to act. The other- is the natural way of the world, your emotions, the things that come naturally to all of us just like breathing. This can create anxiety around letting yourself feel, and can lead to bottling up and with holding your emotions. Thinking this is the way you need to “act” to make it in the world. This can lead to long periods of stagnation, and depression in older age as you aren’t the most comfortable in your emotions.

Trine – 120° ~ 5°

The Trine being a harmonious aspect actually brings a pretty nice reconciliation to the planet all about rules. In general what this ends up creating is a person who has a more optimistic outlook on life and can carry themselves forward with a measured and careful hand. They don’t buckle under the rules, rather learn how to meet them, and act more like the most law abiding person you know. They have a respect for older traditions and find themselves sympathizing with it a lot of the time. This however can lead to a stagnation in forward thinking, and can bring a person into a creative rut. So I do feel the need to stress being able to allow yourself to be more emotionally vulnerable instead of acting how you think people want.

Square- 90° ~ 4°

Turns out there is a way to be incredibly introverted. It’s this aspect in your chart. Saturn’s imposing on the moon here, typically causes someone to become more reserved and not very open with the people that surround them. There might be plenty of emotional attachments to the past that keeps you from fully expressing yourself or moving on to the future. Saturn is the energy holding you back from truly expressing your emotions and subconscious desires. It may take a long time to fully get to where you want to go. Especially when talking about fully expressing yourself due to Saturn’s influence.

Sextile- 60° ~ 3°

here’s an aura of self-reliance here that not too many people have naturally. To have the sextile aspect between these two is to have a humble wisdom of the world around us. To have a deeper understanding of who we are within the rules and karma brought upon us. There’s a responsibility that you seem to radiate. You know you’re responsible for your own actions, and this aspect in and of itself is very grounded. There’s still the tendency to put emotions off to the side in order to focus on keeping things working. Remember emotionally taking care of yourself is just as important as taking care of the world surrounding you.

Uranus

Aspects through Uranus
Conjunction – 0° ~ 5°

You would think that Moon conjunct Uranus would still have the same neutral qualities that we see happening with conjunction most of the time. Amplified energies, working together fairly well, while negative energies are amplified. However, with this particular placement in Uranus, the planet of rebellion, self-expression, and non-conformity kinda freaks out a bit. Especially when working alongside the moon, the planet of security, stability and wanting to build lasting structures in their lives. To have the same sign for both is like putting a tornado in the middle of a city center. The natural energies being pulled in wildly different directions leads to someone who feels like no matter what they do they aren’t happy. If they want to go out and explore new things, they feel insecure. If they try to find that stability, they feel too confined. Leading to a lot of emotional downswings and general dissatisfaction.

Opposition – 180° ~ 5°

Similarly to Conjunct this isn’t a great aspect either. The reason for this is that your head and your heart are at completely separate places. You may feel the need to do things to the extreme especially when you’re feeling emotionally withheld. What ends up happening then is an emotional blow out that doesn’t feel controlled or like yourself at all. The inner-self is constantly being challenged by Uranus, and it doesn’t feel secure. This type of instability comes out in all sorts of ways. Suddenly quitting a job, dropping out of school, looking for a new direction in life. Then with all the stressors that come with that the emotional aspect just gets worn down until it eventually explodes in its own way. The best way to manage both conjunct and opposition is to find a way to release creative needs and wants for something new in controlled manners.

Trine – 120° ~ 4°

Trine feels like a breath of fresh air compared to the first two. With this aspect you have a deep understanding of who you are, your creative talents, and where you need to unleash something new. There’s a bit more of a rebellious nature here, but it can be fairly well controlled. Your emotions work in concord with your mind, figuring out what you dislike and like about certain aspects of authority. Then pick and choose battles to fight out if necessary. In the long run, one of the things that can still shake up the moon is the lack of stability that comes with Uranus. The desire for freedom is a strong one indeed. If you are able to find reconciliation between the two this is a powerful placement for artists and creators.

Square – 90° ~ 3°

Back to the troubles. When you are looking at this particular aspect there is a fundamental lack of understanding between the Moon and Uranus. As stated before the Moon really likes stability, when it’s stable and things are going good it creates joy, and a feeling of safety. Whereas the Uranus wants freedom, disruption, and holds the innate belief that the path they are on is best. What ends up happening specifically here is that uranus can take on a dominating approach over the moon. Oftentimes washing away any form of stability the moon has in order toi chase those few moments of freedom, and the dopamine hit that comes from it. Leaving a person feeling emotionally unfulfilled- especially when they need to start putting roots down again. Fighting back against Uranus’ need for freedom.

Sextile – 60° ~ 2°

Here we go, what is slowly growing to become one of my favorite aspects. With Sextile, what you end up seeing is the reconciliation of the energies that most of the aspects wish they had. There’s the balance between the intuition found in the moon, and the forward thinking ways of the Uranus. They are able to calm one another and bring forward a creative spirit who knows when enough is enough for them. You know when you can take the risk of having more freedom in your life. When the toll would be a much higher cost than what that dopamine hit is worth. You’re able to step back for a moment and reflect before taking action. Starting with considering yourself in the conversation.

Neptune

Aspects through Neptune
Conjunction 0° ~ 5°

Neptune is one of the higher emotional plane planets. So it’s well within the moon’s grasp of orbit. When you put the same sign in conjunction with these planets you get someone who is very in tune with their emotions. To the utmost degree. Not only do they know every little thing they’re feeling, but they can sniff it out in other people too. Reading them like an open book, and becoming very emotionally sensitive to the emotional needs of others. It makes for a very empathetic person. This leaves a very open person, allowing themselves to be vulnerable with anyone who may need them. However, one of the downsides of this nature is that openness invites the pain of the world in the same stroke. Leaving people feeling emotionally weak and exhausted.

Opposition 180° ~ 5°

Remember how I said that in conjunction a person with that aspect is able to read other’s emotions just as well as their own? Not the case here. The over idealization of the world comes into perspective. Distorting reality around them and causing a strong paranoia. Neptune as well as being the planet of dreams, aspirations, and a higher emotional plane. Is often distorted into these traits. There’s a lack of confidence and stability within the moon to be able to recognize others’ emotions, causing their own emotions to act disconcertingly as well. Become anxious and confused, reading things wrong from other people, and just a wide variety of misunderstandings. I would take the time to step back and ask yourself the question. What are they actually saying? and am I putting words in their mouth?

Trine 120° ~ 4°

The harmony in this aspect is very apparent. Neptune and the Moon are deeply creative signs. So when they are brought together like this being fueled with different artistic energies you create something beautiful. It creates an emotional balance between the generosity that you give, and the intuition that you receive through the planets. Another smaller aspect of this is that you have a greater social awareness. You want to ensure the people surrounding you are well taken care of and looked after. One of the things that might be a bit more on the challenging side is that you may overindulge in the “beauty” element of life, over idealizing the world and your creations. Take the time to reground yourself from time to time.

Square 90° ~ 3°

Where the emotions of the opposition were aimed more at the world surrounding. Here the influence is going to be felt more in the internal. The Square aspect creates the disconnect between reality and fiction within your personal self. You may fall to delusions that you are worse than you are, or that you don’t know what you’re doing. Falling into traps of maladaptive daydreams. This is due to having the similar energy behind the modality, but then having your creativity and emotion pulled by separate elements in the end. You want to express yourself and create. Figure out the way to allow your own self-expression, but that gets lost behind the things you think you should be creating. Remember all creation is good creation. Take the time to check in with yourself, and practice perception checking.

Sextile 60° ~ 2°

As always the Sextile calms down a lot of these aspects bringing in the best of both worlds. The sextile aspect here opens the way for the emotions to be expressed through the creative medium in a healthy, constructive way. There’s a sense of intuitiveness about your surroundings that helps to keep you more grounded in reality when dealing with people who may want to use you. However, that doesn’t say anything for your empathy which is still incredibly strong in this aspect.

Pluto

Aspects through Pluto
Conjunction 0° ~ 5°

Pluto brings us far into the deeper subconscious of the mind. The things we crave, and fear about ourselves. When you put this into conjunction with the moon, one of the possible outcomes is someone with deep anxieties and fears about themselves, and others. It generates powerful, and almost destructive emotions that can grip the mind and take control. This aspect also creates a deep understanding of other people and interpersonal relationships that you hold close. Because you’re looking into the deeper part of the subconscious, and the Moon deals in intuition. One of the things that can be related to and understood by both planets is the subconscious traits of people close to you. Making you more naturally wary or understanding of those closest to you.

Opposition 180° ~ 5°

Looking between the Moon and Pluto in the opposition aspect. There’s a tendency to suppress your own emotions, due to the paranoia that Pluto can cause. With the moon focusing on intuition and Pluto looking into the subconscious from separate energies. You can become incredibly suspicious of others, while trying to maintain your own inner sanctum of peace. It’s hard to let others in, and it can create an aura of instability. When others try to make their way in it can cause backlash, and emotional variability.  It leads to a lot of frustration, and it can make people feel like they’re walking on eggshells. You’re looking to support yourself, and help others- but when trying to get it from anyone else the paranoia that’s generated can cause emotional turmoil within yourself.

Trine 120° ~ 4°

Here we see the element of Pluto working in harmony with the Moon. It gives you great insight into the minds of others, while also breathing a sense of compassion into what you do. The emotional depth worked between these two energies is reconciled in a way where at times it can feel overwhelming. The paranoia that’s generated through Pluto can also lead to strong anxieties and overthinking in the moon as well. Yet, this isn’t as strong as you see it with the conjunction and opposition. There is an easy way to help maintain a healthy balance through the intuitive and emotional qualities. You can do this by finding someone you trust to help you navigate when things get overwhelming.

Square 90° ~ 3°

The square aspect is another level of emotional toil. Whereas the opposition tends to be more outwards effects, the square between these two looks more inside. This pairing shows a strong impatience. Pluto wants control over other people, and the people that they have invited into their lives. It works with the moon’s desire to have people close to them, but in a way that lashes out negatively. Especially when someone tries to assert authority, or tries to input their own opinion.

Sextile 60° ~ 2°

There’s an aspect surrounding the sextile relationship between the Moon and Pluto that is hard to ignore. There’s a deep emotional take that happens here, that becomes transformative. It creates an optimistic side of life that everything happens for a reason. While you may seem more detached than other moon places, it’s something that is deeply craved and needed. The love and comfort gained from a relationship is what helps transform the planets to bring forward intuitive properties.

Wrap Up: Relationships – Understanding Charts: Lesson Three (Moon)

That brings us to the end of learning about the different aspects compared with the Moon. The Moon at the end of the day is what controls our deepest emotions. It guides our feelings through the places and things we interacting with on the day to day. So when you add another relationship with a planet to become apart of that, those feelings can become clearer. Or even more convoluted. If you have any of these more challenging aspects, my advice to you is to take a deep breath. Sit back- and then find someone you can trust to speak about any of the conflicts that you have. If you find yourself, overwhelmed there’s no reason to suffer through it.

It’s important to remember that the planets are not the end all be all of things and that if you truly are having troubles emotionally, medical professionals are there for you if you are having issues beyond taking a deep breath. To be anxious always, or to feel like you have lost the motive for life is beyond the planets. Therapists, and doctors can go places and do things for you that the planets just can’t. So if you are truly struggling, please go to where you can get the most help. Keep getting the nourishment that your garden needs to thrive.

Stay groovy, and I’ll catch you on the flip,
